Basement Waterproofing in Woodbridge
Every basement waterproofing job in Woodbridge starts with finding where the water really comes from: a foundation crack, a cold cellar under the front porch or seepage off the Humber valley. A wet basement fix aimed at the wrong source does not last.

Our waterproofing warranties are written, clearly explained before work begins, and transferable to future property owners.
Full documentation
Written inspection reports and completion documentation suitable for insurance, lenders, and reserve fund files.
Interior & exterior
We explain interior and exterior waterproofing options honestly, with the trade-offs, and recommend what's appropriate for your situation.
Parking structure expertise
Parking deck waterproofing, joint systems, and traffic membranes, commercial-grade capability applied to residential and commercial buildings.

Luciano did not try to sell me a new roof. Appreciated the honesty — he showed up when he said he would.
We had a leak diagnosed by two other contractors who could not find the source. Blue Knight found it on the first visit and fixed it the same week.
Flat roof replacement on a commercial unit. Clean, fast, no surprises on the invoice. The crew left the site cleaner than they found it.
Called after a storm damaged our roof. Someone was on site within hours, tarped everything, and had us fully repaired before the next rain.
Had a slow basement leak for years. Every other company just caulked it. Blue Knight found the actual source and did a proper waterproofing job. No issues since.
Our neighbours recommended them for a valley repair. Small job, but they treated it like it mattered — showed up on time, matched the shingles perfectly, and charged exactly what they quoted.

Basement Waterproofing questions for Woodbridge.
Injecting a single crack usually costs $500 to $1,500, while a full interior drainage system generally lands at $5,000 to $15,000. Exterior excavation and cold cellar repairs are priced after we have seen them, and every quote is in writing.
Yes. The lasting fix is usually to waterproof the top of the cellar, which means taking up the porch surface, membraning the slab and correcting its slope, rather than coating the inside walls. If the slab itself has failed, we tell you before quoting, since a membrane over a broken slab will not last.
For a single crack in a poured wall, injection from the inside is usually enough. If the crack is in a wall taking constant groundwater, such as the valley side of a ravine lot, we may also recommend exterior membrane on that section, because injection seals the crack but does nothing for the wall around it.
No. Water around a floor drain after a heavy storm often points to a sewer backup, which is a plumbing problem, and damp patches in summer can be condensation on cold walls. We identify the source first so the wet basement fix you pay for addresses the water you actually have.
Yes, for condominium and commercial buildings, including traffic-bearing membranes, expansion joints and crack injection. On houses we also handle garages built over finished rooms, where a failed slab membrane stains the ceiling below.
An interior system is typically finished in 1 to 2 days and an exterior excavation in 3 to 5. On many Woodbridge properties, interlock, stone steps and planting beds tight to the wall add restoration time, and the schedule we give you includes it.
Yes. You receive a written warranty for the specific system we install, and you see its terms before any work starts.
Woodbridge basements are rarely storage space. On most of the custom homes built here from the 1980s onward they are finished to the same standard as the floors above, often with a second kitchen, and many include a cold cellar tucked under the front porch or steps. That cold cellar is one of the most common leak points we see. The porch slab above it cracks and pulls away from the house, its top surface often has little or no waterproofing, and water runs straight through into a room that was built to stay cool, not dry.
Ground conditions vary across the community. Homes on ravine lots along the Humber and East Humber sit near slopes where groundwater seeps out of the valley walls after heavy rain and snowmelt. The older village core around Woodbridge Avenue lies on lower ground close to the river, with block and poured foundations from the middle of the last century. Further north in Vellore Village and Nashville the houses are younger and stand on clay-rich till that holds water against the wall instead of letting it drain away. Each calls for a different answer, so we assess every foundation on its own.
Foundation Leak Repair Near the Humber Valley
Properties backing onto the Humber and East Humber ravines deal with water that arrives from the side rather than only from the surface. Rain and snowmelt soak into the higher ground, move down through the soil toward the valley and emerge along the slope, and a basement wall set into that path keeps seeing water long after a storm has passed. The typical result is a wet wall on the valley side and a dry one facing the street. We look at grading, downspout discharge and the fall of the land before choosing a repair, because sealing the inside of that wall alone rarely holds.
A Wet Basement Fix That Respects a Finished Space
Most Woodbridge basements we open are fully finished, with tile, millwork and sometimes a full kitchen against the exterior walls, so the method matters as much as the result. Interior drainage means removing and rebuilding a strip of finished wall and floor along the affected run. Exterior work leaves the interior alone but disturbs interlock, stone steps and landscaping outside. We set out both routes in writing along with what each one disturbs, and where the problem is confined to one wall or a cold cellar, we treat that section rather than the whole perimeter.
We also cover nearby cities.
